The location is perfect. Short distance from the international airport as well as Golden Temple. The rooms are a decent size and staff is very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to checkin 30 minutes early and gave me a complimentary hour extra to checkout a bit late. Gave me good advice and guidance on how to get to places from there in car and taxi.

The theme of the hotel...yellow gave us the sense of feeling of brightness and youth. The staff were extremely hospitable. Though the parking is cramped outside the hotel, the valet took the responsibility of parking the car in a safe place.

The location was at city center. There was heaps of fine dine restaurants within walking distance. Every staff was warm to us and welcoming with positive attitude. Especially at reception and doorbell lads.

Suite was spacious Staff was friendly Comfortable bed and pillows Stayed in other hotels during my stay in India but only this hotel provided the extra bed with mattress which was superb. Other hotels gave the extra mattress on the floor
